Overview

Axa S.A. (AXA) is a French multinational insurance firm headquartered in the 8th arrondissement of Paris that engages in global insurance, investment management, and other financial services.

The Axa Group operates primarily in Western Europe, North America, the India Pacific region, and the Middle East, with a presence also in Africa. Axa is a conglomerate of independently run businesses, operated according to many different countries’ laws and regulations. The company is a component of the Euro Stoxx 50 stock market index.

Background

The Building – 1 Smart Place

Positioned on a prominent corner of High Holborn and Smart’s Place this 38,431 sq ft (3,571 sq m) mixed use development comprises seven upper office floors with terraces. There are two dual-use units, on the ground floor. This smart contemporary space provided our team with clear access that ensured an efficient project delivery.

Result

RFS completed the project in a timely manner ensuring that the newly refurbished building fabric remained in pristine condition with protective sheeting along with coherent project management. Feedback from the client was a resounding “Superb job RFS”
